Remember ... one of my goals is to walk my way to healthy. And I'm doing it. In spite of the unbearable (at times) hot, sticky, awful (shall I go on?) Florida humidity, I walked 61.5 miles in the month of August 2016.
Patting myself on the back ... and not slowing down!
But listen ... if I can do this, you can do this! Walking is one of the most efficient ways to reach a better, healthier you. So try it. You don't have to begin with a lofty goal. Walking to the end of a driveway is like a 4-mile lap for some. I understand that. Just start somewhere. And let me know how (and what) you are doing.
